Remember, h.s. and/or q.h.s. are dangerous abbreviations and should not be used unless the client is strict verbatim (does not mention following AAMT guidelines in CP) or the client profile specifically instructs you to use it. It should be replaced with nightly. See page 463 in your BOS2 (dangerous abbreviation list).
