The company still has to run no matter what. Do you really think that they should stop hiring until the company is sold? Who knows when or if this will ever happen? It is up to the hiring group to advise the new MTs of the new work pool setup.
If they are hiring quality MTs, the MTs should not have a problem. Granted, nobody wants to work on a couple dozen accounts, but some may welcome the challenge.
I am always amazed at how naive some of you appear to be...so naive that you think a company would cease hiring just because they may or may not be sold. Maybe they should stop writing paychecks until after the company is sold...how would you like that? This makes no more sense than your suggestion. Gracious! |
