Finally couldn't take it anymore and accepted another position.  With all this crappy pooling going on I have a feeling the clients are going to get upset and MQ is going to be losing some of these clients.  Hope I am wrong and hope those of you who stay with MQ wind up with some good perks for all your trouble. For myself, I only have another 10-15 years to work and my peace of mind is worth the small cut in pay I am taking.
