realign the realignment (and aren't we all looking forward to that?). Then, we are supposed to have primary and just a few secondary accts according to what I was told...but still with backups to those also, much the same way it is right now. Probably nothing will change. I just don't know. They're trying to recreate the wheel and I just don't understand. All I see is wasted resources from the people who made this decision (the time and money spent on the convoluted bonus program and the time and money spent on this decision for realignment) down to the utilization of my *talent*.
