I may really be lighting the fire here, or putting my foot in it, but how may of you complaining that Americans need jobs and complaining about off-shoring are driving JAPANESE cars!. Don't give me any crap about quality, either. I would GLADLY sacrifice a FEW percentage points of quality in some Consumer Reports article (and who sponsored those studies?) to keep Americans working. I ONLY buy American cars. And for those who complain Japanese cars are less expensive, then I guess it's okay to complain about off-shoring until it affects your pocketbook. Again, I would gladly cough up a few thousand more to keep Americans working. Anyway, that's my rant for today. |
