There is not a shortage of skilled medical transcriptionists for those companies that pay fairly and are run efficiently. Other nationals get 200-300 resumes every time they advertise. You just keep on telling yourself this fairy tale. Remember the old saying - you get what you paid for! The companies that are great to work for - and Medquist - is NOT one of them - seem to have no trouble attracting experienced MTs. Something to think about, huh?
