No where does it state Indian MTs are not eligible for the bonus or not allowed to be direct employees. Whether it is through an ILP or not, it goes according to 6P-6A schedule and 39 hours. Good for you with all your dealings with sign on bonuses. Get over it, bottom line, MQ outsources. Doesn't bother me at all, MQ pays my bills and I could care less if they outsource or not.
