You know what really astounds me. That these managers can tell you it's just this or that when they have absolutely no Qlue. Do they have spread sheets that average incoming work from their accounts that they can compare to MTs who are scheduled to work? Do they see the average from last year declining or is it the same meaning too many MTs on one account. Come on PS and WFC coordinators. There are ways to distribute work and it's your job to do it. Blindly approving everyone's schedule and then telling everyone to make up lost time due to your poor plan on the weekend does not make a good PS or WFC.
