I did not know that until I logged on, and called to tech desk, and they said the version 10 had interfered with ASR MT's, so they had to remove it and go back to the old version that downloads every account, not just the account that our current job would be associated with. Can you believe that they cared more about ASR work than MT's who are still on DQS only and not on ASR yet? So here we are back to the snail DQS version again. Techs said workflow coordinator was supposed to have forwarded us ALL an email around 12/5/2005 about DQS newer version being withdrawn/put on hold, and to go back to old version. My team heard NOTHING about that change.
