Found out a LOT of info yesterday about MQ that I did not know - THAT IS APPARENTLY VERY WELL KNOWN IN THE CORPORATE WORLD. And, how pitiful everyone thinks this is to do to MQ's MTs. I was going to stick it out, but have decided to leave. This is just too demeaning and demoralizing. It's less painful to hit your head against a wall. And I'm not a newbie, and I don't stink as an MT. I am a tier 3, with yet another 100% accuracy audit received today, who has had a plethora of offers, but thought I'd be loyal to MQ. Not after seeing how the rest of the MT world views us at MQ - as pathetic MTs who are afraid to do anything. Not me. I'd rather pick tomatoes in a field with my head held high, than have some idiotic supervisor who has never transcribed a day in her life and doesn't know the difference between typing a psych evaluation and an op note, telling me how to do my job. I do plan, however, on calling the IRS. I found out also some of the harrassing phone calls I am getting from my supervisor are NOT PERMITTED under IRS guidelines for statutory employees. THAT will be my final yee-ha to MQ, and I am doing it on behalf of all of YOU. |
