It just keeps getting worse and worse. I seldom get anything other than my primary, and when I do I jump for joy because it's usally many times better.
I have only one or two ESL docs, so that's not the issue. It is a teaching account with a level I trauma ER, so half the time it sounds as if they are dictating from a war zone, but that STILL doesn't explain how clozapine, clearly said, could be interpteted as *closet penis*. If it ever got Ativan right I might need CPR, it comes up with various different terms for that one.
It's gotten to the point that lately it seems that I have to correct every other word, so much for those 644 lph...the best I can do, working my @ss off is around 225.
