It hasn't been easy learning my new job, having to do a lot of lookups of physician names, formats, etc. Kind of like working for MQ, but the difference is in a few months I will be back to my old pre-cesspool speed because I will have memorized all of these things for my 2 accounts, whereas if I had stayed with MQ, a year from now, 2 years from now, 10 years from now, I would still be plodding along making minimum wage because I would still be working on unfamiliar accounts. If they ever call me for my exit interview I'm sure going to tell them that. Maybe if they hear it from enough ex-employees it will finally get through. I used to think that to say negative things in an exit interview is just vindictiveness, but now I think if I can help my fellow MTs by telling it like it is, then that is what I'm going to do!
