..i was kind of afraid it was against the rules to post that response, but i tried anyway.  oh well.  no matter.  i tried to get heard, and honestly i don't think being anonymous matters....it seemed like my e-mail was taken as seriously as any i've sent using the official e-mail system....basically i think they've heard all of this before and they just want to keep on thinking it is an individual MTs problem and nothing to do with anything that they are doing.  sigh.
