Great idea. Also, I am so tired of being penalized for what is the doctor's fault speaking so he/she cannot be understood, either sloppy English, or foreign doctor. Sometimes the foreign ones are doing their best, not a problem, but we should not be PENALIZED because it is difficult to understand and it should not be counted against us. I believe this is just another excuse to underpay us. The people making these rules never penalize themselves for anything, just us, way for them to take more from us for themselves. |
