Okay.....MedQuist cuts our pay on ASR.....they know we will try to go faster and, perhaps, send more reports to QA. Now, in order to get a raise (which I hear are nonexistent anyway), we cannot send more than 15% (that is what I was told) of our reports to QA.....so, MQ now has their excuse for not giving us raises...we are sending too many reports to QA....sounds logical, doesn't it?? |
