According to policy, it's *your* choice on what to do with that time once you are released by Customer Care Center. Here are directions to the policy, which they hid pretty well: Go to MQ central, then:
Departments » Operations » Customer Support Services » Medical Transcriptionist » MT Information » Policy / Process
and then click on: MT Work Availability Policy and Procedure.
