this job is covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act, which means Federal Minimum Wage applies here. That is now at $6.55/hour and will go up to $7.25/hour on 7/24/2009. I guess if you hang in there you would get a raise anyway if you are producing at minimum wage. It sucks, but it is funny in the end because they will have to give you a raise then, huh? |
