CBay Holdings who now have 69.5% ownership interest.
My claim was filed on the same day that this purchase agreement took place. August 6,2008. Everything for my WC claim has also worked like a clock, and it is due to a competent, on-the-ball claims woman at AIG. I never said anything different or had a complaint about my claim. The point of the post was that she has not heard a word from anyone at MQ about her inquiries since being able to originally determine that I had actually been their employee. Thankfully, this is one system that has not been tied up just because MQ is a disaster. |
