it works at MQ. If one wants to stay employed, you remain available during your scheduled hours ready to work. If it is the policy to make up time, then there are few ways around it. There are other companies out there that treat their employees with a little respect. I know, I left the Q after 12 years and found an excellent job with an excellent company and have been with them for over a year now. The first place I went to lasted 6 weeks, I left because there was not enough work for an 8-hour day; but I found this one and couldn't be happier. If the Q is not a fit for an MT, then they should start looking elsewhere. |
