one is expected to do that job within the schedule set. That is what is wrong with the US today, too many people just want to work when they want, not according to their job specifics. Just because we are at home does not mean that we have the leeway to work whenever if a FT employee. In an outside setting, you just can't show up for work when you feel like it. It is the same thing with working at home, you work your scheduled hours. |
