This does not meant that it does not matter when you work. - Where did I say that it shouldn't matter when we work? I didn't. I never said we should be able to work whenever and not stick to a schedule or not have a schedule.

I was just pointing out that you shouldn't have to clock out just to take a crap or read an email from the Q.

When I worked in-house, I didn't clock out to go to the bathroom or read company email, and I was paid by the hour there, so I was getting paid for going to the bathroom and reading company email, as are most people who have normal jobs. Do our supervisors get paid by the hour and get paid while reading their emails and going to the bathroom? (Reading emails is probably a big part of their job, so that's expected.)

Integrity: Obviously lacking by my employer, who someday soon, God willing, will be my former employer. You have no idea how I actually perform my job, whether it's with or without integrity.
