low talkers, etc. -- for QA

No doubt everyone has them.  The low-talkers, etc.  Obviously QA knows who they are as well.  Do we get dinged on leaving more blanks on those?  Of course, we're talking ESL, too. 


More importantly, can we put a polite note saying something to denote that we can't hear it or something like that in a desperate effort to help everyone involved hear the dang things?


I can't imagine the Q actually asking a doc to speak louder or whatever it takes to help every one of us.  I constantly see where QA can't get many of the things I leave, so it validates things for me.


Just curious.  I know it's an age-old complaint.  I needed to vent and hope for some sort of light at the end of this never-ending tunnel.
