Sorry to offend. I simply wondered why anyone would stay at a job they depise at a pay rate they feel is unfair, especially if that pay keeps decreasing. As far as the cpl goes, I was told it is based upon your experience and the testing results. I've been an MT for 20+ years and MQ is not such a bad place to work for in my opinion. I've definitely worked for worse companies than this one.
