To earn the same hourly pay amount for ASR as you would for straight typing based on typing lph minimum quota - Old fashion algebra: (x lph)(ASR pay rate)= (150 lph)(typing pay rate) x = (150 lph)(typing pay rate)/ASR pay rate) x = 225 I detest being told that my pay will not increase if I put out more work. Add to that, some ASR reports are a dream to do and some are a horror, being able to be typed faster.
