values QA feedback, but have to say there is ONE QA person in our area who consistently makes preference changes in reports. I can send a report to QA with one blank and see it on QSAR with 10 corrections, preference changes (all correct either way according to BOS and/or MQ other preferred references)! I have been around and around with QKL about this person, who admits there is a problem and they are working with this person, but this person is still in QA after months of this and not changing at all. I have a feeling that these people for some reason either cannot be fired or nobody is monitoring them. I now do not even look at feedback from this particular QA person. I have no problem with any other QA person and really appreciate their feedback.
