I started leaving a voicemail for her first (stating it would be followed by an email with all the information) and then sending the email and saying that I already left a voicemail. In reference to requests for approval, I began adding a note that if I didn't hear anything I would assume it was ok. Not sure if it was coincidence but I haven't had a problem hearing back from PS since. |
