Did everyone else get a generic-sounding msg about this? Sometimes it's hard to tell. I certainly don't abandon jobs, but did recently call TS to ensure that if I log out while a job is in my queue (but I don't know who it is) that it wouldn't be considered abandoning a job. I was told that the one and only way that can happen is if we actually use the "abandon" function. It would certainly be news to me if they had addressed it to just me.
