You're so right that MQ is just not the best game in town anymore, nor are they the only game in town. The timing of your post was perfect for me, as I was coming back to see if anything positive was up with the Q! LOL! What a joke! I should have known. I left just about 90 days ago, only know as I am just about thru my 90 day probationary period. I love my new company. I am just a little worried, as my line counts are still a bit lower than I'm used to, about 1200 a day, when I am actually used to 2000. I was one of the lucky ones with my primary. Bottom line, I'm making about $150 a week less, but I am still new so I am reminding myself of that and not going to give in and go back to MQ. I know my old job is still there, which makes it hard for me sometimes to struggle with a new job. But I have great coworkers, MTs actually talk to each other, and a great supervisor, so I just have to struggle a bit with the money part. Its very hard right now, with the economy and all. Seems like it all hit at once. But that was the chain keeping me to MQ. I had been with them a long time and did make great $, but when the news of CBay broke, I knew that could be over in an instant. So am with a small company and happy, or make more $ temporarily with all the stress of the Q? My benefits are starting now, so maybe I will feel better about that as well. I mean, its only money, right? I wish you tons of happiness at your new gig. And, no, MQ will probably not notice you until you are long gone. That's what happened to me. My resignation was put at the bottom of the pile of emails my supervisor had to respond to. But that just made it easier to leave in the end. They truly are hurting now for MTs, and they have earned every hurt they are experiencing and then a million more. No company has worked harder to destroy its workforce and lifeblood than MQ and its incompetent managers. Without us, they are nothing, and that is happening most definitely every day.
