there are a lot of ESL, but i don't believe the majority of physicians in the US are ESLs. and not all ESLs are all that bad. but from working around different places, i think all the clients that have signed on with Medquist have the WORST dictators in the US, both american and ESL. the worst dictators i've had today are americans who are too lazy to open their mouths and make no effort to be understood. the ESL docs make an effort at least. |
