They bought out some smartly managed companies, but just bought the accounts and the transcriptionists, they threw the management skills away. They stupidly assumed, oh these are just typists, most of them are women, we can just treat them like our house servants, they are like children, or dogs. Anybody can do this. We can replace them if they quit.
Duh. We just have to know what doctors are trying to say when they can't talk. You think we learn to do that over a coupla weeks? |
