by using the dictator's ID# rather than the name, forget about the t as you know that it's going to be a template, anyway. For instance, Dictator 000 is doing an EGD, use 000e, for a colonoscopy, 000c. Using their numbers is much easier than trying to distinguish dictators who have the same last name.
As I transcribe each report, I keep a log with the report number, dictator number, and date. This way I have the dictator number handy and don't have to look it up. |
