I've brought that up myself that it wasn't fair when we had to be on the phone talking to PS, tech support, etc. and/or typing emails that we're not compensated for, but yet we need to do it as part of our job and yet the other person on the other end of the line is on the clock -- wonder if this could be addressed to the labor board? awww, forget it, I'm sure their lawyers have some clause that pertains to that.... |
