This is the only place I can vent about this where someone will understand.
So this morning I get an email from PS saying it is mandatory everyone works their entire shift, as we are getting close to the weekend and the work is backed up. Please work extra if you can, also!
Then an hour later get another email stating -- The work load is low so some of you may get the no jobs available message (what happened to the cesspool-haha) so just be patient and another job will pop up soon. OR you can take an hour or two off and make it up this weekend or late evening ONLY.
WTH? First we are apparently so backed up she needs to remind everyone to work their entire schedules and offers OT....THEN only an hour later...whoops sorry it's all caught up....take some time off and make it up later? JEESH |
