supposedly the CSR on the account is the one who is SUPPOSED to address these issues when they're given to the PS, but you know how that goes -- either they do or don't do it and how are we to know?? And until some of the doc's change their attitude about we've done our part, you do yours and deal with what we throw at you and make it right nothing will ever change -- they just don't care and the ones who do truly care are in the 0.99999% and when you get one of those gems you just want to give them a hug if ya could!! |
