on one of my accounts when I first started receiving them and told support about it and they told me it was likely the hospital using old system. I thought MQ provided them with the system to dictate but maybe I am wrong about that part. It has been much better though probably a few months after I told them about it. I do notice that some of my dictations from various accounts have been sounding not so clear lately when in the past they were much better. maybe its something on MQ end but not saying so. Hopefully it will pass. |
