Thanks a lot for the info. So far I haven't saved any entire reports or templates. I've only got small words and phrases with an occasional long sentence. I wasn't sure exactly how to do that or if it was even possible with DQS. So all this time I have been typing out the same thing over and over again! lol! Hopefully now my production will go up! The other thing is, a while ago I read on here how to print your expansions but I couldn't make it work so I ended up writing them all out on paper a little at a time during reports (since I don't think you can access them unless signed into DQS, right?). Now I have them all in front of me in a notebook for quick check when I forget what they are. A lot of time wasted I know but I'm hoping this way it will help me remember them easier and quicker.
Am I the only one or does anybody else find themselves typing in their expansions when just typing a regular email, etc.?? LOL.
