if you don't want your thoughts (and hence your identity) read publicly, don't post it. When you post anything on a forum it becomes public knowledge, and as I have seen happen many times on here, people figure out who you generally are by your postings. I am assuming that the poster who uses the same name as yours may have posted some not so nice stuff? I wouldn't worry about it because as above poster said, those who want to really find out your information will be able to tell who posted the message, so you have no worries. The best advice is to try to post positive messages, leave if you cannot deal with what is said on here (I am posting here now after being gone for a very long time because of all the bickering and meanness that goes on here), and try to have something intelligent to say. Don't give out information that you know is private, especially company policies. Of course it is a great place to vent and share those horrible days when it is nothing but garbage mouth dictators, messed up reports and crappy line counts! I have found that most of the people on this forum are helpful, and can make you laugh when you just want to cry. |
