back in December, however, the more time that goes on I see how stupid and ridiculous these people are. I also didn't realize it at first but my training was absolutely horrible. It seems like everyday I'm learning something new that I should've been taught in the very beginning, either by reading this board or through audits or whatever. And they treat us like we're machines.
I do have to say, though, that I have the best PS ever. He's awesome and I love him. He has a lot of the same beliefs that we MT's have about certain things. Unfortunately, not a whole lot he can do.
The only reason I'm sticking around is because I've only been an MT since December (but been in the medical field for more than 10 years) and there aren't very many companies that hire w/o 2 or more years experience, at the very least. So, I'm here for the long haul to gain my years of experience before moving on.
