I was told just recently that when I take time off, i.e., lunch break, that I will have to make that time up to work the hours I committed to as MQ is now checking very closely to make sure we work the amount of time we said we would. I was told I would have to notify my PS what days and times I will work to make up the time. So, yes MQ does expect us to work over or an extra day to make up the lunch break or any time that is under our committed time. MQ does not give us paid lunch breaks or 15 or 10 minute breaks. I have never worked at a place like this. It is absolutely ridiculous. I have worked at 9 hospitals and 3 home MT jobs and never have I dealt with something like this. I have a friend who just started working for MQ and she is asking me what is going on with this company. She too is astonished. |
