I agree. I use the yellow highlighting feature, and then I just following along using the control and arrow keys to move the cursor from word to word or line to line. Then when I need to correct something, the cursor is nearby if not already there. If I need to delete text or use a skip tag, then I use the control, shift, and arrow keys to highlight all the text I need.
I hope this is clear. I'm not really good at explaining things, but I find this is the best way for me. I actually wish I could do ASR exclusively. I find the time goes much faster and I don't get nearly as frustrated. I love ASR. I think if I could do it exclusively, I'd really make just as much money as I do transcribing. |
