I've been complaining about sound quality for sometime now. You need to let your supervisor know plus shoot off an email to mtquestions with any job #'s so they know which clients this is happening at. The more people complain maybe something will be done. I've been persistent about this even though at times I've been made to feel like I'm the only one with the problem. Well, I got over that because I know I'm not. And you need to let them know about how much clearer the sound is in QASAR when you listen to reports for feedback. If we don't let them know, then nothing will be addressed for sure.
