I had the same problem when my schedule changed. I worked out a new schedule with my PS but the impact center was calling me telling me I should be online working at all the wrong times. No matter how many times I told them my new schedule they kept calling. Finally a very nice woman from the Impact center who called one day said they can only go by the info the PS gives them; they can't make any changes in the contact info directly from the transcriptionist. Maybe it's because they're reading their contact info off of a computer screen that only the PS has access to? Anyway, it worked for me. Emailed my PS about the problem and it never happened again.
