Remember based on surveys, they changed the bonus system to their benefit but blamed it on the MTs feedback. They also blamed the national MQ cesspool on MTs complaints of running out of work. That cesspool benefits no one but MQ but they made it seem it was a favor to MTs. Just like they spun the results of ASR production so it seemed as if everyone was more productive thus justifying a cut in pay. |
