Thanks, that really helped. I believe it is nerves, and like you said most of it was formatting. But I am still putting in some really stupid words, and even left some out, again probably nerves and not concentrating. I do believe it is not having QA feedback from MQ and trying to get lines and going too fast. I guess on hourly wage on training, it does not matter how many lines I can do, just get it right. I will definitively try these hints this week and see how that goes. I had a habit of not proofing my stuff, as I was trying to get lines, which I never could the last year at MQ, so that was really discouraging.
Thanks again. Really helped. My family kind of told me the same thing, but coming from another MT makes it better.
Again, good luck to all of you brave hearts that took that jump from the sinking ship. I know we will all make it. It took me much too long but it really is the best thing I have done. |
