No one can expect quality reports on accounts you are not specifically trained for which 99% of other MT companies realize. The cesspool is the first clue as to what MQ really cares about. Turn the work around by any means possible and hope the client does not notice an MT failed to read the client profile and/or that the client does not actually read the reports and just signs off on them.
I remember not too long ago, before MQ lost it's collective mind, I was trained on an account for a week or so on full QA before I was allowed to work on it assuring the quality and client profile were being followed.
Think of all the new MTs MQ has had to hire to replace those that left because of the cesspool. They are left to sink or swim in the cesspool with no particular training in what the client wants other than reading dozens of client profiles.
MQ doesn't care about quality, the clients or the MTs. MQ powers that be care about more money for themselves and that is the bottom line in how and why MQ operates. |
