absolutely terrible. My line count/pay has dropped significantly on a consistent basis, particularly the past few months. I get crappy ER reports constantly where the dictation is so fast and sloppy it is one blank after another. This is not what I was trained to do. I realize with ASR you have taken a cut, but the quality of work I am getting makes it impossible for me to earn what I was making as well. I feel for both sides. For me this has gone from a fun ride to a train wreck. |
