had. Miserable. MTs hate you and complain 24/7. If you get the blanks, they hate you. If you don't get the blanks, they hate you. Supervisors hate you - they are really MTs supervisors. QA sort of floats around isolated since some genius broke up the QA dept and stuck us in little clumps with MT supervisors. The production demand is very hard and not done fairly, with 10-12 jobs per hour required, with no weight given to that being a full listen which could easily take an hour by itself, or a job with 1 blank. Good pay, in a way, but if one were a good MT, you could make more with a good company. QA was not what I expected at all, like a huge B-slap in the face. |
