Nobody bothers me, my supervisor is great, realistic expectations... The only thing I can really complain about is having to QA so many different facilities when our own accounts are done, but I had to do that at another company too. All in all, I'm happy here. I wouldn't want to be an MT for MQ, but I like QA :)
