I sent something to QA and received feedback. I would like to know what your opinions might be on the matter. In the medication list the doc says Sanctura 50 mg but then says specifically no, don't put Sanctura put s-a-n-t-r-a-c-i-n-e. I could not confirm santracine as a medication so I sent it to QA. QA filled it in with Sanctura. Opinions, comments, suggestions?
Not sure if its something everyone got but the same day we also received an email from PS with something like QA shouldn't just fill in the blank with what's dictated but should be making sure it is correct or leaving a blank for the doc to fill in. Now I'm wondering if I should forward this to PS. |
