It's much nicer without the confusing categories and error messages that didn't cover every possibility anyway, and I've found the feedback helpful answering little questions not covered in client profiles and not answered by the QATL.
In the rare instances when I was certain QA was wrong about our quirky English language, further sleuthing revealed they were right. There really are some QA pros who know and do the job well. |
